At the shop
- Apply for membership at the information desk and you can be issued a membership
  card immediately. For more information, call +82-2-2230-3662.
- * To make your application process more convenient, complete the application form
  in advance before your visit to the shop.
On the internet shop
- Join the membership first and your VIP number will be issued on your first purchase
  after that.
- * Note: Your membership card will not be delivered by mail. To get your card, you are
  required to visit our shop. If you have been a VIP member with us, you will be
  automatically authenticated on online application.

The VIP membership card is valid for 5 years.
The Gold Card membership may be cancelled when no purchases of more than US$1,000 are
done for 5 years after issuance.

No membership fee
Available at the Shilla Duty Free Shops: Seoul shop, Jeju shop, and internet shop.
- The Silver member can make purchases with a 5~10% discount, and the Gold and Platinum
  members can make purchases with a 5~15% discount. A 5% additional discount is available
  to all members during a special sale period (for items offered at a less-than-30% discount).
- - A few brands (including LOUIS VUITTON, CHANEL, HERMES, and PRADA) are not available
  at a discount.
- - You are required to use your own membership card.
