If any issues are found, exchange is available only there is same item in stock. In case the same item is out of stock, refund is only available.

∙ Lenses and screws or decoration can fall off if any impact is applied.
∙ Storing without cleaning impurities such as seawater or cosmetics can cause rust or discoloration of the item. Please clean the item after use
∙ Using the item as a hairband for a long period can bend or loosen the eyewear.
∙ To minimize scratches on lenses and other damages, keep the item in the case with cleaner.
Cautions on lens
∙ Lenses are considered as consumables. It may have damage from customer’s fault.
∙ Due to the feature of mirror lenses, there can be fine scratches. This is not a defect and cannot be reason of exchange/refund.
∙ Coating layer can peel off if lenses are exposed to strong heat for a long period.
∙ Some can feel dizziness at initial wearing due to the feature of lenses and it is not a defective product.

∙ Additional case and gifts are not available for refund or exchange.
Cautions on glasses
∙ When purchased, glasses are shipped with Demo lenses equipped. Brand logos are printed on each lens. However, lenses have no UV protection and it may not suitable for daily use.
∙ Please visit nearby optician’s for prescription lenses or protective lenses and replace it with demo lenses.

    01. As sunglasses are very fragile that may get broken during delivery or even after opening the box,

    please immediately inquire to the staff at the pick-up counter for returning an item for a refund if you change your mind or if you notice product defect(s).
