JURLIQUE

Brand details
Jurlique practices naturopathy and was created by chemist Dr. Jurgen Klein and his wife Ulrike Klein, who was a botanist and horticulturist. They built a school and factory in northern Germany and for a long period of time, conducted research on developing natural cosmetics and health supplements. They arrived at the conclusion that natural cosmetics have to have “pure plants” as raw ingredients, and hence went looking around all over the world for “pure earth.” Finally, they left their homeland Germany in 1983 and built an herb farm on the Adelaide hills in southern Australia. Jurlique’s herbs and plants are cultivated with pesticide-free, organic methods in nutritious earth, and have abundant vitality and deep fragrance. Jurlique’s organically cultivated herbs go through 28~40 days of manufacturing time, which involves Jurlique’s patented “Biodynamic Organic Farming Process” and Bio-Intrinsic” methods before they can fully become the soft, pure, and natural “Jurlique” products.
