Caution 1. Please be aware of contact with cosmetics, sweat and other moisture as that may lead to watch band and watch discoloration and contamination, along with skin stimulation. In case of steel and metal material, skin trouble may occur depending on individual, and if so, stop using the product immediately and consult a specialist.
2. Although the product is waterproof, it may get wet inside the watch due to the instantaneous water pressure. Please pay special attention to contact with water such as washing your hands.
3. Gold, rose gold- plated products may be discolored depending on storage conditions. (Plating is oxidized due to high copper content.)
4. Be careful not to drop the watch parts as they are weak to impact.
5. Be careful not to come into contact with strong electronic equipment because watch parts have weak electrostatic or magnetic property.
6. Please inquire about the availability of watch band adjustment before purchasing.
7. Due to the nature of the product case, the product is wrapped in a cushion. If it is a leather strap, wrinkles may occur inside the strap, but this is excluded from the reason for cancellation or refund.

    *Due to the characteristics of the imported goods, the batteries can be easily discharged. This is not regarded as a product defect, and batteries can be replaced free of charge within warranty period. All purchased product services are available at the designated A/S center upon presentation of a warranty.

    *The warranty period of original FREDERIQUE CONSTANT watches are 2 years from the date of purchase.

    *Customer Service Notice

    Refunds or returns are available within 30 days from the date you pick up the item, and only when you did not use the item, or remove the transparent pakaging.

    Refunds or returns are not available in case you wear the item or adjusted the band before you pick up the item.

     

    *How long will A/S take?

    It usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks when repairs in Korea, and may takes longer depending on the product condition. Please note that due to the characteristics of the imported items, it may takes more that 3 months depending on the existence and nonexistence of the materials.
