Quality Assurance Standard | A/S will be done according to the following regulations. 1. Sunglasses are classified as an easily damaged accessory. We do not provide any warranty period for the product. All defects or damages after delivery will be charged for A/S. (Delivery fees, etc.) 2. The product you have purchased has cleared customs as a duty-free product. Therefore exchanges or refunds cannot be eligible except in the case of product defects before delivery. 3. Damages and variations that has occurred during intentional repairs, remodeling, or alterations by the customer cannot be eligible for A/S. 4. Breakages and damages caused by customer’s mishandlings are not accepted for AS.* Please make sure to check the Item after you have received it. 5. AS might be impossible according to the degree of the damages, and the repair period depends on the usable period of consumable parts. 6. Usually, an item is discontinued approximately every year. An item that has been discontinued or has passed 1 year is not allowed to register for AS. 7. Please register for AS services at Jackey Trading, and inquire the exchanges /refunds at the purchased store. 8. The screws are not fixed so it can become loose. Please tighten them frequently and this is not a defect. |

please immediately inquire to the staff at the pick-up counter for returning an item for a refund if you change your mind or if you notice product defect(s).
