Quality Assurance Standard	A/S will be done according to the following regulations. 1. Sunglasses are classified as an easily damaged accessory. We do not provide any warranty period for the product. All defects or damages after delivery will be charged for A/S. (Delivery fees, etc.) 2. The product you have purchased has cleared customs as a duty-free product. Therefore exchanges or refunds cannot be eligible except in the case of product defects before delivery. 3. Damages and variations that has occurred during intentional repairs, remodeling, or alterations by the customer cannot be eligible for A/S. 4. Breakages and damages caused by customer’s mishandlings are not accepted for AS.* Please make sure to check the Item after you have received it. 5. AS might be impossible according to the degree of the damages, and the repair period depends on the usable period of consumable parts. 6. Usually, an item is discontinued approximately every year. An item that has been discontinued or has passed 1 year is not allowed to register for AS. 7. Please register for AS services at Jackey Trading, and inquire the exchanges /refunds at the purchased store. 8. The screws are not fixed so it can become loose. Please tighten them frequently and this is not a defect.

01. As sunglasses are very fragile that may get broken during delivery or even after opening the box,

please immediately inquire to the staff at the pick-up counter for returning an item for a refund if you change your mind or if you notice product defect(s).

04. For product defect(s) found at the pick-up counter, exchanges are subject to availability of stock. In case the product is out of stock, refunds will be made.

05. Please note that exchanges or refunds will not be made if the gift which was given to you with your purchase, or the case has been lost or damaged.

06. Please note that the actual color may differ from the image shown, due to the differences in monitor resolution, camera light and others. This will not be regarded as a product defect. .

Repairs Service

* Goods for Customer Repair Service Customers can get Customer Repair Service for all goods purchased at Shilla Duty-Free Shop and a warranty is needed for it(an exchange ticket(coupon), a receipt, passport number are also needed.). Customer caused-defects in the product(crystal fell out over time, O-ring fell out, broken chain, etc.) are repaired with a customer's expense(each crystal will charge fees), and re-plating gold price will varies depending on designs. * Free Customer Warranty Service Period - There is no free charge of warranty service period. * Goods to be excluded from a free customer service or goods impossible to be put into service. - In some cases, if the plating has been peeled off, it may not be possible for cleaning its material properties. Enquiry Repair/warranty Service: 02-2230-3773 If a customer lost a warranty card, an exchange ticket(coupon), a receipt (issued both at Shilla Duty-Free Shop PANDORA), or passport number can be used for a customer service.

1. All the products were taken of the real thing. The material of the product may differ slightly from the actual image due to shooting conditions and monitor installation. The final color is based on the actual product.

3. By customs laws and related notices, we can not exchange goods after receipt of duty-free goods.
4. After the order is submitted, the order may be cancelled due to problems with the product or the order.

6. If you can not receive the item ordered by customer's circumstances We will cancel the order within 10 days from departure date. After canceling your order, we will return the full amount refund within 15 days to the customer's account used at the time of payment.

On purchasing duty-free products
- 1.Carry-on instructions may differ depending on the flight information, so please check in advance.
- 2.Please confirm the airport and delivery point before receiving the product.
- 3.Please check the regulations on exchanging duty-free items and returns.

Exchange · Returns

On duty free shop products exchange/return notes
- 1.Please contact us within 30 days after receipt of the goods if you want to return the goods. If the exchange/return is due to your mind change, it has to be unopened.
  - - Depending on the content of the product and the state of the product, it may be impossible to be returned. If the item is lost/damaged by the customer, refund/exchange is not possible.
  - -Customers will be responsible for return shipping/exchange shipping fee(return or retransmission) due to customer's convenience.
- 2.If the product is different from the content you purchased, you can apply for returns within 3 months from receipt.
  - - In case of replacement due to product quality issue, international postage will be paid by The Shilla.
- 3.We will proceed with exchange/return of goods based on customs law.
  - - If you wish to return, we will process the goods when you come back to Korea or international mail from overseas.
    If the total price of goods you want returned is more than $ 600, you must declare it to the customs. Otherwise, we cannot exchange or return goods.
    Declaration is unnecessary when the carrying item does not exceed $ 600.

Cancellation/Exchange Application Information
- 1. Online application: You can apply directly on the [Customer Center]>[1:1 Inquiry] page.

When not accepting goods at departure
- 1. If you do not receive the purchased item for your personal reasons, please contact the Customer Center. We will gladly process your return.
- 2. If you do not visit on the departure day, we cancel your order within 10 days.
- 3. We will refund within 15 days to your account used at the time of payment after canceling order.

1. When returning for your personal reasons, please refer to the explanation below.
- - You can cancel the order directly on My Shilla page before shipping items.
- - After shipping the product, please contact the customer center, or if you post to the customer center>1:1 inquiry page, we will process it.
2. Please note that it may take some time for you to cancel from reception. Cancellation received outside office hours can take up to 24 hours
3. After canceling, points you used for purchase will be refunded. (Except points with the valid period expires) Events and campaigns you participate will be revoked.
4. Please note that you cannot restore the order cancellation after canceling it.
5. If you receive your order again after canceling, please confirm before because there will be a change in the price due to the discount rate of the product, the exchange rate, stocks of goods and gratuities may be insufficient.

Purchase and exemption limit

- There is no purchase limit for foreigners leaving Korea.
Bringing duty-free items to Korea

- When entering Korea, if you exceed the allowable duty-free limit of travel, you must pay the tax after voluntarily declaring to customs.
-　If not declared voluntarily, additional tax may be levied or subject to penalties under the customs law.
-　When entering Korea by carrying duty-free items, the total amount of duty-free purchase is up to $ 600.
Exchange/refund

- You can request an exchange refund via international mail directly from overseas. If you enter Korea with more than $ 600 of duty-free goods, you will be entitled to an exchange refund only by declaring your goods at the customs office.
