Therefore, please inspect the product immediately upon receipt at the pick-up area and notify the staff at the pick-up counter of any issues.
(However, if you discover a defect, you can exchange the product after your return if the same item is in stock. However, if the same item is out of stock, only a return is possible.)
3. The product is stored in our warehouse in the same condition it was imported. When ordering, the product is shipped in its original condition without any inspection by the Sunglasses store staff.
This product is not fitted at all. If you experience any issues with it, please contact the store after your return.
4. For online purchases, the purchase receipt serves as a warranty. (You can check your purchase history using your passport information at the time of purchase, and you can use this information to request after-sales service.)
