(However, if you discover a defect, you can exchange the item after your return if the same item is in stock. However, if the item is out of stock, only a return is possible.) 3. The product is stored in our warehouse in the same condition it was imported. When ordering, the sunglasses will be shipped in the same condition as when imported, without any inspection by the store staff. This product is not fitted at all. If you experience any issues with it, please contact the store after your return. 4. For online purchases, the purchase receipt serves as a warranty. (You can check your purchase history using your passport information at the time of purchase, and you can use this information to request after-sales service.) [Handling Precautions] 1. Due to the design, there may be some weak points, so avoid subjecting to strong impacts. 2. Avoid storing in hot places, such as inside the vehicle during the summer or near heating appliances. 3. Hair products and cosmetics may discolor the frame, so be careful. 4. Glasses frames are shipped without any pre-fitting. Please have them adjusted at an optical store to fit your face when having lenses installed. 5. Glasses frames are fashion consumables that are susceptible to damage from the moment they are opened. Therefore, exchanges and refunds are not possible after departure. Please inspect the frame immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues, please notify the pick-up area staff.

Please make an examination of normality for the product with staff in charge at the Pick-up Counter as being delivered to a customer. * Please be advised that all the purchased item(s) is sent directly from the warehouse storage without checking from the staff at the sunglasses store. Since these products are not allowed to be worn for trying therefore if glasses need serious adjustment regarding fitting issues, please contact Shilla Hotel Store. (Incheon Airport Shilla Store is unavailable) * When an online purchase is made the receipt can be used for warranty. (Following the purchase, the order information can be confirmed by the customer’s passport information and this can be also used as warranty). * Exchange is possible only if there is a problem detected at the Duty-Free Pick-up Counter. However, if it is out of stock, only refund will be available. * The damaged or lost gift/sunglasses case given cannot be exchanged or returned. * Color of product lens may appear different from the actual product depending on the monitor resolution and shooting light and it cannot be a cause of product defect. * The sunglasses case will be provided at random.

- 1.Carry-on instructions may differ depending on the flight information, so please check in advance.
- 2.Please confirm the airport and delivery point before receiving the product.
- 3.Please check the regulations on exchanging duty-free items and returns.

Exchange · Returns

On duty free shop products exchange/return notes
- 1.Please contact us within 30 days after receipt of the goods if you want to return the goods. If the exchange/return is due to your mind change, it has to be unopened.
  - - Depending on the content of the product and the state of the product, it may be impossible to be returned. If the item is lost/damaged by the customer, refund/exchange is not possible.
  - -Customers will be responsible for return shipping/exchange shipping fee(return or retransmission) due to customer's convenience.
- 2.If the product is different from the content you purchased, you can apply for returns within 3 months from receipt.
  - - In case of replacement due to product quality issue, international postage will be paid by The Shilla.
- 3.We will proceed with exchange/return of goods based on customs law.
  - - If you wish to return, we will process the goods when you come back to Korea or international mail from overseas.
    If the total price of goods you want returned is more than $ 800, you must declare it to the customs. Otherwise, we cannot exchange or return goods.
    Declaration is unnecessary when the carrying item does not exceed $ 800.

Cancellation/Exchange Application Information
- 1. Online application: You can apply directly on the [Customer Center]>[1:1 Inquiry] page.

When not accepting goods at departure
- 1. If you do not receive the purchased item for your personal reasons, please contact the customer center. We will gladly process your return.
- 2. If you do not visit on the departure day, we cancel your order within 10 days.
- 3. We will refund within 15 days to your account used at the time of payment after canceling order.

Cancel

1. When returning for your personal reasons, please refer to the explanation below.
- - You can cancel the order directly on My Shilla page before shipping items.
- - After shipping the product, please contact the customer center, or if you post to the customer center>1:1 inquiry page, we will process it.
2. Please note that it may take some time for you to cancel from reception. Cancellation received outside office hours can take up to 24 hours
3. After canceling, points you used for purchase will be refunded. (Except points with the valid period expires) Events and campaigns you participate will be revoked.
4. Please note that you cannot restore the order cancellation after canceling it.
5. If you receive your order again after canceling, please confirm before because there will be a change in the price due to the discount rate of the product, the exchange rate, stocks of goods and gratuities may be insufficient.
