1. Upon receiving your sunglasses at the pick-up area, please open and inspect them immediately.
If they are not what you wanted, please request a return from the staff at the pick-up area.
2. Sunglasses are fashion consumables and accessories that are immediately used during your trip. They are highly susceptible to damage from the moment they are opened, and therefore cannot be cancelled or exchanged after departure. Therefore, please inspect your sunglasses immediately upon receipt at the pick-up area. If any product defects are found, immediately notify the staff at the pick-up counter.
(However, if you discover a product defect, you may exchange it upon your return if the same product is in stock. However, please understand that if the same product is out of stock, only a return is possible.)
3. Items are stored in our warehouse in the same condition they were imported.
When you place your order, the sunglasses store staff will not inspect the condition and will ship them in the same condition as they were imported.
This item is not fitted at all. If you experience any issues with the product, please contact the store upon your return.
4. For online purchases, the purchase receipt serves as a warranty.
(You can check your purchase history using your passport information at the time of purchase, and you can use this information to request after-sales service.)

1. Due to the design, there may be some weak points, so avoid subjecting to strong impacts.
2. Avoid storing in hot places, such as inside the vehicle during the summer or near heating appliances.
3. Hair products and cosmetics may discolor the frame, so be careful.
4. Glasses frames are shipped without any pre-fitting. Please have them adjusted at an optical store to fit your face when having lenses installed.
5. Eyeglass frames are fashion consumables that are susceptible to damage from the moment they are opened, so exchanges and refunds are not possible after departure. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues, please notify the staff at the pick-up counter.

(Incheon Airport Shilla Store is unavailable) * When an online purchase is made the receipt can be used for warranty. (Following the purchase, the order information can be confirmed by the customer’s passport information and this can be also used as warranty). * Exchange is possible only if there is a problem detected at the Duty-Free Pick-up Counter.
