[General]
This event is open exclusively to foreign individual travelers (FIT customers).
If a purchase is canceled after a prize has been awarded, the winner may be required to return the prize.
For tax-related processing, customers may be requested to provide the following information:
1) Consent form for the use of personal information for tax purposes
2) Passport number and a copy of the passport
3) Overseas residential address
4) Overseas contact information
Foreign nationals who reside in Korea or operate a business in Korea and win a prize may be required to submit:
1) Consent form for the use of personal information for tax purposes
2) Alien Registration Card (ARC) and a copy
3) Domestic residential address
4) Domestic contact information
Participation in the event may be restricted if consent to the collection and use of personal information is not provided.
All personal information collected for this event will be immediately destroyed within 30 days after the purpose of use has been fulfilled.
This event may be modified or terminated without prior notice due to operational circumstances.
[Offline Event]
Participation is limited to once per person per day.
Prepaid cards provided through this event are valid only on the date of issuance. Use may be restricted for items discounted by 30% or more and for certain brands.
[For Residents of Korea / Individuals with Business Income]
Any applicable taxes (22%) incurred from winning a prize shall be borne by the winner.
In accordance with Article 21 of the Korean Income Tax Act, prizes received through winnings are classified as “other income” and must be reported accordingly.
If a winner chooses to forfeit the prize, all rights to the winning and the prize shall be automatically void and may not be transferred to any third party.
Once the applicable taxes have been paid and the prize has been received, exchanges and refunds are not permitted.
