Press the "Buy Now" button from the selected product page to pay for the product immediately or place the item in your shopping cart and continue shopping. You can also add it to your wish list.
* Some brands are available for sales only at off line shops

Click "Buy Now" button, enter the departure information and flight number, and select the payment method to proceed with the payment procedure.
* If the information is different, we can not pick up your purchase. The exchange rate for the day will be applied for the payment.

After completing the payment, print out the voucher.
* After you complete your payment, you can check your order and print the voucher under "MY Shilla" > My Order History.If the voucher can not be printed, remember the voucher number and present your passport and airline ticket at the delivery point with the voucher number to pick up your purchase.

On departure date, go to the designated delivery point and present the voucher, your passport, and the boarding pass to pick up the product you purchased. (After confirming the product name and quantity on the spot and affixing your signature to the designated area of the voucher to confirm the delivery, you can pick up the products.)
* Please check the quantity and content of the products carefully on the spot. If there is any problem with the product, please tell the employee at the delivery point immediately. The Shilla Duty Free Shop will not be held responsible for goods after departure.
