    ■ Limits on Purchase and Conditions for Carry-on items

     - There are no restrictions on quantity and limits for purchase.

     - Alcoholic beverages are not included in the basic duty-free limit of US$800 and a separate duty-free range applies.
        · Duty-free limit when entering Korea: 2 bottles of alcohol (total 2L, US$400 or less)

     - For goods exceeding the duty-free limit, you must voluntarily declare it to customs upon entry and pay tax.

     - For each country's customs clearance regulations for carry-on items, security regulations for transfers, etc., the departing party must individually check in advance through the Korea Customs Service's Overseas Customs Clearance Support Center or the airline before purchasing.

    ■ Notice 

     - When collecting the product at the delivery point, please check the product conditions and for any defects
    on the product, please notify the staff member at the delivery point or contact the Customer Service Center.

     - Please note that it may be difficult to process if water leakage or damage occurs in the product that is not confirmed at the delivery site.

     - Due to the storage, transport etc of the product, damage in some cases may occur.
    Please take note that exchange and refund due to case damage cannot be processed 
    . 
     - The STEP bag (Security Tamper-Evident Bag) packed at the time of delivery must be opened upon arrival at the final destination. Please note that if there are any signs of being opened or damaged before boarding the aircraft, especially during transfers, it may be confiscated or prohibited from being brought in.

  • Purchase and exemption limit
    - There is no purchase limit for foreigners leaving Korea.
  • Bringing duty-free items to Korea
    - When entering Korea, if you exceed the allowable duty-free limit of travel, you must pay the tax after voluntarily declaring to customs.

  • Exchange/refund
