Especially, if you are wearing a metal or steel type of watch and having a skin irritation, please stop wearing immediately and consult to a doctor.
2. Even if the product is a splash waterproof watch, it may not be permanently guaranteed. It may be affected by ageing of the gaskets, accidental impact on the crown or crystal and other external factors. Therefore, please pay special attention when contacting with water such as washing your hands etc.
3. Gold and Rose Gold Plated Products can be discolored due to storage condition. (Plating is high in copper which can be easily oxidized.)
4. Avoid any impact that might damage your watch or affect its running.
5. Avoid placing your watch near devices generating strong magnetic fields.

Quality Assurance Standard Free after-sales service is available for up to five years from the date of purchase, only for products with verified proof of purchase (including a valid warranty card). Products found to have damage caused by customer misuse are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.

    After receiving the product, please visit a nearby official department store or authorized after-sales service center with the enclosed warranty card for adjustment. (Band adjustment service is not available at duty-free stores).

    2. Submit through an official department store boutique.

    3. Please make sure to bring the warranty card when requesting after-sales service.
