Montblanc Meisterstück Romeo & Juliet Doué Classique Fountain Pen (F Nib) _ 132925 William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet has gained immortality as the embodiment of unconditional love unto death. The story of the two lovers, who perish due to the enmity between their families, is to this day one of the most pertinent and moving literary works ever written. The Montblanc Meisterstück Romeo and Juliet collection is dedicated to this milestone in world literature. The Doué Classique Fountain Pen is dedicated to Juliet and takes inspiration from her lover’s famous plea, ‘O, speak again, bright angel!’. The ivory-colored barrel made of precious resin is complemented by a signature gold-coated cap that carries a pattern of feathered angel’s wings. The handcrafted nib, made of solid Au 750 gold bears a highly symbolic embossing: the name ‘Juliet’ immortalised within a heart pierced by a dagger and framed by star-like rays.
