HANSAMIN

Hansamin is a Nonghyup affiliate company that was founded in August 2002 to contribute to the growth of the red ginseng industry and profit increases for red ginseng cultivators. Through strict and hygienic production control, Hansamin strives to produce and distribute safe and reliable red ginseng products. Now it is a red ginseng distributor for about 1000 different home-shopping places, department malls, large discount retailers, and Nonghyup Hanaro Marts, as well as an exporter for many different countries such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, the United States and Canada. In September 2009, new factories were completed, so that more better-quality red ginseng goods could be produced. Hansamin attained GMP certification, which shows that the factory’s system and facilities, as well as production quality control, which include all stages of production from ingredient procurement, manufacturing, and packaging to shipping are strictly maintained to required standards. Moreover, Hansamin gained ISO 22000 certification in 2010. Hansamin GMP factory is equipped with automatic systems that can produce red ginseng concentrate and pouches, powder production facilities, processing facilities, logistic automation warehouse, and visitor/tourist facilities and has the capacity to produce 200 tons of red ginseng(roots), 800 tons of fresh ginseng, 500 tons of red ginseng concentrate, 3000 tons of extract pouches, and 100 tons of ginseng powder.
