*For suitcases, cancellations due to additional charges incurred for secondary baggage processing or inability to process them are generally not permitted after the box has been opened. Please be sure to inquire about fees with your airline before making a purchase.

*For checked luggage, you may request a secondary baggage handling from an airline employee in front of the boarding gate after receiving your suitcase at the pick-up area. However, please note that for certain airlines, such as OZ (Asiana Airlines), MU (China Eastern Airlines), CZ (China Southern Airlines), GS (Tianjin Airlines), FM (Shanghai Airlines), CA (Air China), CX (Cathay Pacific), and LH (Lufthansa), a second baggage handling after departure immigration is not possible. Additionally, as additional baggage handling regulations vary by airline, please be sure to inquire with your airline regarding secondary baggage handling availability and any potential additional charges before purchasing. Furthermore, for non-direct flights involving transfers, changes or restrictions may apply depending on the conditions at the transit airport and the connecting airline, so please contact the relevant airline for further information.

1. As carry-on suitcase regulations (size, weight, quantity, etc.) vary by airline, please refer to the regulations of the airline you are using and make an inquiry with them before purchasing.

2. All purchased products may be opened immediately at the pick-up area regardless of the packaging sticker (Do not open). Please check the received product for any defects (scratches, stains, etc.) before accepting it. If any issues are found, please contact the staff at the pick-up area or the store immediately.

  - For hard case (polycarbonate, ABS, Curved) and aluminum carriers, minor scratches or color transfer may be present due to the nature of the materials; but these are not considered product defects.

3. Exchanges or refunds are not available for scratches, wear and tear, or breakage that may occur due to the nature of the suitcase material during the baggage handling process. This is attributed to the airline's negligence; please contact the airline directly.

4. The zipper on the inside bottom of the suitcase is used for product repair, so it is normal for it not to have a zipper puller.

5. Lithium-ion batteries (including portable power banks) are not permitted in checked baggage. Customers purchasing a suitcase (travel bag) at the duty-free store are advised not to place batteries or products containing batteries inside the suitcase when checking it as a baggage.

6. TUMI locks are designed to be recognized by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA). If baggage inspection is required, TSA personnel can open the bag using a special access-code tool and relock it afterward without damaging the lock or the bag. (A separate key is not provided for TSA locks.)

7. Product images may show color differences due to lighting, angle, monitor settings, etc.

8. Use the dedicated cleaner. (Cannot be washed with water)

9. Due to the nature of the material, TUMI leather products are susceptible to color transfer and discoloration, so please be careful to avoid contact with moisture, such as sweat and cosmetics. Additionally, minor scratches, wrinkles, leather grain, slight variations in color tone, and natural indentations visible on the surface are inherent characteristics of the leather material and are unrelated to the quality of the product.

10. Leather products cannot be washed (dry cleaning is recommended through a professional bag cleaning service at a cost). When removing stains, please avoid using chlorine-based bleach (such as Oxyclean), benzene, alcohol, or volatile solvents.

  -  Depending on the material or color of the leather, color transfer is possible. Please be careful as contact with moisture, humidity, sweat, snow, or rain may cause color transfer or fading. After-sales service, exchange, or refund is not possible due to these issues.

11. For fabrics, please dab the stained area using wool shampoo or a neutral detergent to remove it, then dry in the shade. For leather, please clean it with a dedicated cleaner. However, depending on the type and severity of the stain, it may not be completely removed during the removal or drying process, or a color difference may occur compared to the unstained areas. The above process is for self-cleaning only; professional cleaning by the manufacturer is not permitted.
