TAG Heuer offers free repair service for any malfunctions in your watch due to manufacturing defects through its International Limited Warranty. Your TAG Heuer watch is covered by the International Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase, provided the watch is accompanied by a quality warranty. If the watch defect is determined to be caused by customer negligence, a paid repair service will be provided.

TAG Heuer International Limited Warranty Extension
An extended international limited warranty period is available for a selection of TAG Heuer watches equipped with manufacture movements purchased from an authorized TAG Heuer retailer after April 1, 2020. Affected manufacture movements include the Heuer 02, Heuer 02T, TH 20, TH 30, TH 31, TH 50, and TH81.
To extend your warranty, create an account or log in to your MyTAG Heuer online account and register your watch. If your model meets the eligibility criteria outlined above, you will receive a free three-year warranty extension.
The terms of the extension apply identically to the TAG Heuer International Limited Warranty.

Free Battery Replacement
If the battery depletes within two years of the purchase date of a quartz product, the battery can be replaced free of charge.

Important Information
The warranty card is enclosed on the last page of the product quality manual.
This is a worldwide warranty, so it is required for international TAG Heuer after-sales service.
The warranty card and authentication card cannot be reissued if lost.
Please note that if your product has already been repaired by an unofficial repair shop other than an official service center designated by the company within the warranty period, free repairs will not be available and your warranty will be voided.
Due to the Customs Act, TAG Heuer duty-free shops cannot provide after-sales service and is therefore provided through department stores.
For after-sales service inquiries, please contact the duty-free shop where you purchased your product for detailed instructions.

    •  Gift wrapping and shopping bags are not provided for purchases at TAG Heuer duty-free stores.

      • If the purchased product is unopened and in its original condition, it can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days from the pick-up date (customs declaration is required). 
      • Products determined to have problems due to customer negligence are not grounds for exchange, refund, or return. 
      •  In the case of leather products, slight bending may occur due to packaging, but this is not considered as a defect and cannot be taken as a reason for exchange. 
      • Watches with bracelet links that have been removed or that have been worn are not eligible for exchange or refund. 
      • For purchases made via online DF store, bracelet adjustment can only be done at a TAG Heuer store in the country of entry or at a TAG Heuer store in Korea after returning to Korea. 
      • Please note that exchanges and refunds are not eligible for the watches with the issues arising from failure to check the product at the pick-up location, regardless of whether the product has been worn.
