Cancel order
- 1. If you want to cancel the order, please check the following contents.
- - You can cancel your order with "MY Shilla" before delivery of goods.
- - If the item is being delivered or has arrived at the delivery facility, please contact the customer service.
1:1 If you write comments on the consultation page, you can receive support.
- 2. It may take time to apply and complete cancellation.
If you apply for cancellation after the business hours, it could take up to 24 hours.
- 3. After completing the cancellation, the mileage used at the time of ordering will be returned to the customer again.
However, mileages and gifts that are out of date can be lost.
- 4. After cancel is completed, it is impossible to restore order.
- 5. When ordering again, benefits, discount rate of products, and price can be different due to foreign exchange fluctuation and stock shortage of goods/gift items.
- 6. There is a system check at Korean time from 23:00 to 7:00 every day of the month.
I can not cancel the order during that time.
Cancellation Fees/refund
- 1. There is no order cancellation fee.
- 2. After order cancellation, all settlement by foreign issued credit card will be refunded within 15 days.
For repayment inquiries please write a note on customer service.

Returns and exchanges
- Notes on return and exchange of duty-free goods
- 1. When you want to return the product due to quality problems,
please contact the customer service of Shilla Duty Free Shop within 30 days after delivery.
- 2. If you want to exchange or return goods just because of your mind change,
it is only possible within 30 days with the receipt.
- - For international exchange and return due to the change of mind, international mail is used,
the transportation cost will be applied to the customer.
- - When re-entering Korea, you can also directly submit items to be exchanged.
- 3. Exchanges and refunds for duty-free products are handled in accordance with customs laws.
- - If the amount of goods exchanged or wanted to return is over $600, please either ship to Korea using international mail abroad or submit the item when you re-enter Korea . (In the case of duty-free items of more than $600, please be aware that you can exchange or return items after completing customs declaration)
- - If the amount of the item to be exchanged or returned is less than $600, please deliver it to Korea using international mail abroad, or submit the item you want to replace when you re-enter Korea.
In case you couldn't receive the product as leaving Korea
- 1. If you have not received the order item, you can refund the item price after contacting the customer service. Or if you plan to re-enter Korea, we may be able to receive items depending on the circumstances, so please contact customer service.
- 2. If you have not contacted the customer within 10 days, it will be automatically canceled by customs regulations.
- 3. Full refund will be made to the account specified by the customer within 15 days after canceling the order.
